Weigh-In Wednesday

Today is Wednesday over at the Sisterhood and I'm still frustrated.

I gained a pound from last week. So now I'm only two pounds away from my eating fast food everyday and going home from work and plopping down on the couch weight.

And seriously, if this is the best it gets I'd rather have my double cheeseburgers...

  1. OK you asked for it...YOU ARE NOT FAT! YOU ARE NOT FAT! I agree with you. If only I had listened to my younger self....maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks. Keep trying and I bet next week you get to eat fast food!

  2. I agree with RR Mama, you are not fat. My advice is to stop weighing yourself. Keep eating has healthy as you possibly can, but add in a cheat day every week. Or maybe do a couple cheat meals a week. Keep on exercising. Pretty soon this will become a lifestyle and not feel so much like punishment.

  3. Have to agree with the other comments. How do you feel? I bet your energy level is up and you're healthier. Stop getting on the scale and enjoy life.

  4. Girl!!!

OK, first of all - scales lie! People's weight flucuates ALOT throughout the day, and the week. And it's a number - not you. Do the right things, diet, exercise, water, sleep.

You can do this!!!! Fast food SUCKS monkey ass so just don't even go there!

  6. Chin up! Are your calories too low? Maybe you need more fuel in the form of fruits, veggies and whole grains. And even if your weight was almost the same on fast food, your health is WAY better now! You should check out Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD! Its super challenging but I can see results and its been 8 days. I don't know if I've lost weight but my arms, legs and abs are tighter :)

  7. I'm going to have to say I agree with everyone else. I just came off a month long plateau myself, you just have to keep trying.
